Join us for a Chocolate Tasting led by @nbariola, Postdoctoral Fellow of the Food Studies program at UTSC, who will guide us through political ecology and environmental politics of chocolate, alongside tasting techniques and flavour profiles.
Together, we’ll explore chocolate beyond taste! We will be examining its environmental, social, and political contexts…while enjoying rich flavours and a hands-on tasting experience.
