On March 18th 2016, the Earth Science Ring Ceremony took place at the Faculty Club where for the first time UTSC students meeting the prerequisite academic knowledge courses for their APGO membership participated! This ceremony symbolizes the commitment and responsibility that come with wearing the title of a professional in geoscience, and is a ritual of welcome into the profession.
