Trying to have a better understanding of research opportunities at UTSC and the right faculty member to approach? Finding it difficult to make that stellar first impression? The Chemistry Society at UTSC and EPSA have an event for you!

Join us at our annual Fall Mix and Mingle on September 28th from 4-6PM in the Environmental Science & Chemistry Building Atrium. This event has been organized to engage and encourage undergraduate students across the varying disciplines of science to network with faculty/staff/students of the physical and environmental sciences in a casual setting.

Not in the physical and environmental sciences? Not a problem! There are so many great opportunities to do interdisciplinary work with DPES professor that cater to your interest! This is also a great way to gain experience to build your resume!

As part of the research theme to this event, Prof. Jaime Donaldson will also be giving a keynote presentation regarding his research to all those attending!

This event is FREE for The Chemistry Society at UTSC as well as EPSA members (you only need a membership for one of these groups). A $2 fee will be charged for non-members of either group!

Looking to plan ahead and make a great first impression? The AA&CC has a collection of tip sheets: https://www.utsc.utoronto.ca/aacc/research-experience
